A bright new pop of colour has been unveiled via a mural on Harvey’s Uduc Road in town.

The walls of Harvey’s Included Solutions have been transformed into a vibrant rainbow portrait exploring themes of inclusivity by travelling artist Angelina Gadient.

The mural, commissioned by Included Solutions, features the Harvey Dam beneath a vibrantly colourful sky with giant dandelions bordering the piece.

Included Solutions managing director Tristan Payne said he wanted the mural to be as vibrant and open as possible to bring “colour into town”.

Having travelled from Switzerland, Ms Gadient has painted several murals in her vibrant style.

“So far, everyone is loving it,” she said, still working on the mural.

“Everyone I have talked to seems to really like it.”

Ms Gadient came up with the design by incorporating parts of Harvey into one scene while making sure it stayed colourful, bright and happy.

Mr Payne said it was nice to see people smile as they passed the new piece of art.

He said the team were already considering extending the mural to cover the whole wall in light of its success.

“Harvey has got so many murals already, but they’re all about cows and oranges,” he said.

“And these murals are lovely, but we wanted something that was more inclusive for everyone in town.”
