WA police call on public for help after silver SUV was caught on CCTV almost hitting a pedestrian

CCTV footage has revealed the moment a pedestrian was nearly struck by a silver SUV that mounted the footpath at high speed.

According to police, the incident happened about 9.45am on Blackall Drive in Greenwood on Saturday, March 22.

The car was filmed driving onto the footpath over bushes and across grass before returning to the road.

“A pedestrian was walking on the footpath at the time of the incident, but was not struck by the vehicle,” a police spokesperson said.
