The Harvey-Brunswick-Leschenault Football Club has held the 10th edition of the annual Wedderburn Aerial run, with Max Rognetta and Melissa Fry taking out the top prize in the male and female races. The pair were the best afield ahead of more than 70 competitors, including 50 players and 10 new participants from the HBL Netball Club. The event was sponsored by Mark and Angela Talbot, with the winners claiming $250 cash each for their efforts in the 8km run. Rognetta made the move across from Harvey Bulls to join the Lions this year, while Fry is the daughter of a former club president. Past winners include new West Coast Eagles recruit Brady Hough, rising star Clay Hall, Teagan Price and Julie Hogan.
